1. Booking: Reservations are required in advance and are subject to availability.
2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm reservations.
3. Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure or no-shows will not be refunded.
4. Safety: All passengers must adhere to safety instructions provided by the crew. The captain reserves the right to cancel or alter trips due to inclement weather or safety concerns.
5. Liability: Hype Luxury Boat Club is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the activity. Passengers participate at their own risk.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure or no-shows will not be refunded.
• Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
